Equipment introduction

This palletizing production line is suitable for dry product 

palletizing of simple block production line, which belongs 

to semi-automatic palletizing production line. Under normal 

circumstances, it is independently set near the product 

maintenance yard. For the maintained products, the palletizing 

can also be connected in series in the block production line to 

implement online palletizing.  The automatic palletizing system 

can be different models of brick machine production of different 

specifications of the block brick plate separation, block 

arrangement and finally arranged into a maximum 1200 (mm) square 

stack for stacking (standard solid brick a stacking height of up to 

12 layers), the brick can be selected for winding film packaging.  

With forklift, pallet can be directly carried to the field stacking, 

stacking height can be put three stacking.  The whole system adopts 

PLC+ touch screen control, only one person to operate.  The amount 

of bricks is about 210 layers per hour, which can greatly save labor 

cost.
