First, check and debug

1, before the oil pump test, first add clean mechanical oil in the oil tank, press the handle up and down to see whether the piston of the oil press machine rises. If the piston does not rise or the handle is not difficult to press, check the valve of the tank and remove air from the line.

2, the whole machine pressure test, the pressure used in the test is 1.25 times the working pressure, check the piston extended to the large working stroke, pressure for 15 minutes, the pressure gauge reading should not exceed 4% of the test pressure. All oil lines should have no leakage; After all the pressure is removed, the pressure gauge pointer returns to the "0" position, the parts should not be damaged, the tie rod should not have significant deformation, and the moving parts should not be stuck.

3, the safety valve reliability test, the safety valve is adjusted to the working pressure (upper left 5, lower left 1)MPa, continuous test 5 times, the needle valve open and close sensitive, each jump valve after the pressure gauge reading should not be lower than the rated working pressure.

Two, maintenance and repair

1, the pressure oil in the oil pump should be filtered, the concentration should not be too large, use rapeseed oil, soybean oil and peanut oil, etc., prohibit the use of gasoline, kerosene and other flammable oils.

2, the oil tank should be kept clean, every 3 months or so to clean the oil tank, and replace the new oil, or take out the oil in the box and filter it before use. Impurities in the oil will wear the oil pump and cause blockage of the oil line, affecting the work of the oil press.

3. The coupling pin of the handle and the oil pump should be often lubricated to reduce wear.

4, the screw oil press should be installed in the indoor use, so as to avoid open air wind and rain, causing rust and cooking oil pollution.

5, long-term parking, to wipe the machine, oil, and cover the protective cover.
